Second story room addition with a complete renovation and a new floor plan of the first story. We striped this old 1960’s one story house to posts, reinforced the foundation, and built a new two-story structure in just five months. The new structure includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, custom kitchen with an island and a trendy waterfall edge countertop, laundry room, and a spectacular 100 sq.ft balcony.
